One of my favorite quotes is “Standards are wonderful; there are so many to choose from”. This is especially true of mini USB connectors. With my most recent purchase (a $150 Canon ZR 850 camcorder) I now have four different sizes of USB connectors:
I think there’s room for one maybe two (small and really small) but four? Heck, I don’t even know off the top of my head which of these connectors go to what camera.
It’s a pain in the butt for sure!
